Apartments with high standard

The condominium community Andalucia del Mar consists of 197 apartments in five 5 or 6-storey buildings (with elevators and buzzers) and three freestanding villas which together make up two associations (comunidades). Comunidad 1 consists of the two buildings to the east and Comunidad 2 the two buildings to the west, the one to the north and the three villas. FAM owns 28 of these apartments on floors, two to five in the entrances (casas) 1-4 and 9-14.

The apartment size varies between 113-143 sq. meters and there are ten different floor plans but with the same set up; a spacious livingroom with a sofa ensemble and dining area furniture, kitchen, two bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom (with bathtub), one additional bathroom (with shower). All fully furnished and equipped with AC, wifi, satelite-TV, dishwasher and washingmachine. Each apartment has at least two balconies facing such that one of them is in the shade and the other in the sun. The view is either the Mediterranean Sea or the Sierra Nevada peaks.

Please note that smoking is prohibited inside all apartments and that no pets are allowed in the apartments.
