Our on site service office NAM is located in entrance (casa) 7 on the ground floor in apartment number 016.

During opening hours, Susanne Sjölund, our Manager and responsible for the day-to-day operations and Helle Sommer manning the reception. responsible for reservations and the cleaning schedule are available to assist with any matter. Martin Pimley is our handyman and responsible for the cars. The support staff also includes six part time chambermaids.

At the office it is possible to use a phone, send e-mails, print documents, make taxi or local travel reservations, buy stamps, borrow books and more.
